We place great importance on our customers’ training. It is through their work we can highlight the sense of beauty typical of the “Made in Italy” concept. We can also reinforce the skills and know-how in cutting and coloring techniques that bring out the best in our products’ performance. Our aim is to spread Italian ideas, style and fashion interpreted according to Barex style and to stimulate artistic inspiration to really get the best results from our products.
High level professional competence and technical-stylistic expertise, innovative methods and creative inspiration: this is Barex Creative Lab, our laboratory dedicated exclusively to training our customers and managed and coordinated by brilliant stylist Pierfrancesco Colico and his team of qualified technical experts.
Barex Creative Lab offers training, motivation and professional growth at different levels, all aimed at expanding your business and improving your market image. We provide a program of technical-stylistic workshops using team didactic methodologies and comprising 5 formats: Women's Global Cutting, Men's Global Cutting, Creative Color Influences, Creative Color Separations, Total Wave Look.
We create a 360 degree training program for each customer. This forms the basis of a planned and constant professional development by adapting the various formats of the “CUT & STYLE” area (cutting, hairdrying and styling) and the “COLOR & WAVES” area (coloring, bleaching, color support, color trend and waving) to your specific requirements.

Cutting, hairdrying and finishing are included in all the technical workshops. The stylist works on a model and the participants on manikins or in groups of 3/4 per manikin. The stylist works exclusively on the model and cutting is only necessary in special cases. The technical features of the products will be analyzed and illustrated to the participants.
