Use: prior to unrolling the hair, wash carefully with warm water to rinse off any perm residue. Apply evenly Joc Perm Neutralizer and leave to act for 2-3 minutes. Unroll the hair and apply again, leaving for 3 minutes. Rinse well and dry.
